YES? Check out the details below for more information about what the Talent Brand & Internal Communications Specialist role entails:

  • Maintains and cultivates the Mission Fed talent brand strategy to attract, recruit, and retain talent. Adheres to internal style guides to maintain alignment between external marketing and internal Talent & Culture communications throughout all assets. Provides creative support to other staff within the department in the development and branding of printed and online assets.
  • Supports internal multimedia production efforts including videos, podcasts, and photoshoots through general production assistance, talent coordination, and studio setup/breakdown.
  • Collaborates in the production of multimedia and internal communications content to support all Talent, Culture, and Experience initiatives throughout the Team Member lifecycle, and backup support for the rest of the organization. Ensures employment brand is represented throughout all content pieces for a consistent Team Member experience driving Team Member engagement and retention.
  • Creates content for Mission Fed Social Media platforms (LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, and other new and emerging platforms) in terms of Talent Acquisition and Talent Branding. Aids in the development of compelling social media campaigns from design, setup, and management to optimization and reporting ultimately driving talent to the company's career site.
  • Supports Talent & Culture staff in the development and branding of online training, multimedia and print assets. Assists with the creation of multimedia materials, including script and theme development. Edits materials to ensure consistency of brand before implementation.
  • Acts as a primary photographer for Team Member Directory and as a backup photographer for other staff events. Manages photo assets for file storage and access to content.

Here is what we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field (Marketing, Communications, Organizational Development, or related) is desired. Two years of equivalent experience may substitute for every one year of education.
  • Work experience in a communications capacity (or related) with a focus on internal communications, photo and/or video editing, graphic design, branding, and/or multimedia design and development is desired. Experience in financial services is preferred, but not required.

Base Pay/Salary:

$ $32.00 an hour
The hourly rate range that we expect to pay for this position is $ $32.00.

Actual base pay within this range will be determined by several components, including but not limited to, relevant experience, internal equity, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
