Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement social media strategy for multiple business brands under the enterprise umbrella, ensuring consistent voice and branding across all channels.
  • Manage the personal brands of the enterprise owners, including content creation, profile maintenance, and engagement strategies.
  • Collaborate with videographers and content creators to schedule, plan, and leverage video content effectively across social platforms.
  • Stay abreast of the latest social media trends and technologies to keep our strategy ahead of the curve and engage with our target audiences effectively.
  • Create compelling, highquality content that resonates with our audience, drives engagement, and converts followers into customers.
  • Organize and manage content calendars, ensuring all posts are scheduled in advance and published on time.
  • Monitor analytics to track the effectiveness of social media campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Engage regularly with followers, responding to queries promptly and fostering a community around our brand.
  • Identify and engage with influencers and other partners to extend brand reach and credibility.
  • Provide regular reports on social media performance to senior management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:


  • Proven experience managing social media platforms for multiple brands, with a portfolio that demonstrates creativity and impact.
  • Strong understanding of all major social media platforms, including content nuances and audience engagement strategies.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong copywriting and communication skills, with an eye for detail.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret social media metrics to guide strategy and content decisions.
  • Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms.
  • Creativity and ability to produce innovative and original ideas.
  • Techsavvy with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new content management systems and platforms.

Desirable Skills:


  • Experience with video content creation and editing tools.
  • Knowledge of SEO, online marketing channels, and lead generation.
  • Experience managing personal brands and working directly with highlevel executives.
