DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Create targeted social media and traditional advertisements to reach our desired audience and achieve campaign objectives.
  • Develop and execute integrated social media plans for annual job recruitment campaigns, shortterm challenges, and strategic sourcing initiatives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media platforms.
  • Provide strategic recommendations based on social media research to improve campaign effectiveness and engagement.
  • Develop thought leadership content specific to our industry and target audience to position our brand as a leader in the field.
  • Promote and maintain employer brand across various social media channels to attract top talent.
  • Create compelling social media content, including copywriting and editing.
  • Work closely with creative managers and artists and collaborate with internal teams to develop content ideas aligned with company goals and objectives.
  • Plan and organize creative media production efforts for social media channels and company websites.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of highquality content.
  • Develop and maintain a monthly social media calendar outlining content themes, promotions, and campaigns.
  • Ensure content is scheduled and published according to the calendar timeline.
  • Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, and respond promptly and appropriately.
  • Conduct monthly and annual reviews of social media campaign effectiveness, using analytics tools, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on performance metrics to optimize future campaigns.
  • Responsible for observing all laws, regulations and other applicable obligations wherever and whenever business is conducted on behalf of the Company. Expected to work in a safe manner in accordance with established operating procedures and practices.
  • Other duties as assigned or required.

Job Qualifications:


  • Typically requires a Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, or a related discipline and ten or more years of progressive professional experience in the marketing or communications field.
  • Equivalent experience may be substituted in lieu of education.
  • Demonstrate extensive knowledge of marketing and communication principles and concepts as well as a detailed and thorough understanding of marketing and communication practices,
- techniques, and standards.

  • Must be customer focused and possess:
  • the ability to develop solutions to a variety of unusual and complex problems;
- excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills to accurately convey information to a variety of audiences;
- excellent interpersonal skills to influence and guide employees, senior managers and external parties; and
- excellent computer skills.

  • Ability to work independently or in a team environment is essential as is the ability to work extended hours and travel as required.

Salary:
$89,180 - $155,825
