We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as the Director of Sales.As a Director of Sales at Night, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic partnerships and closing sales, fostering brand relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of our organization.
Responsibilities:
Manage Night's internal sales team.
Control outbound sales and B2B relations for the entire Night roster of clients.
Represent Night as the point of contact for external brand/agency partners. Create and maintain reports on agencies & brands that are active in the industry. Support clients and their Night teams on a daily basis.
Identify inbound opportunities across all Night clients.
Track and process company-wide brand deal flow.
Serve as a conduit between external partners and Night internal pods. Generate market research identifying popular trends.
Qualifications5+ years of sales experience, ideally in the creator space.
Deep knowledge of YouTube and new media platforms from a business and consumer perspective.
Strong history of business development and new partnerships generation. Wide-ranging book of contacts at brands, agencies, and other key players in the digital marketing ecosystem.
Experience managing a sales team with a track record of achieving sales goals and benchmarks. KPI-driven mindset.
