- Aerospace experience in a similar senior sales, sales operations, or commercial role.

- Experience of working in a small, flexible team and able to work on own initiative and collaborate with colleagues across a global enterprise.
- Effective listening skills and ability to clarify and confirm customer requirements.
- Broad commercial and business awareness, including ability to understand value based pricing and cost benefit analysis.
- Knowledge of customers' purchasing department structures and decision making processes.

- Convert outstanding customer quotes into sales bookings.

- Forecast future sales bookings in support of S&OP process.
- Determine, coordinate and follow up on trade show attendance.
