Los Angeles, US Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Director to lead our clients sales team within the Los Angeles Freight Forwarding market.
The Sales Director will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing sales strategies, driving revenue growth, and building strong client relationships.
This position requires a deep understanding of the freight forwarding industry and a proven track record in sales leadership.Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company's growth objectives within the USA Freight Forwarding market.
Identify and target potential clients, nurturing leads, and converting them into long-term partnerships.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure client satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals.
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify growth opportunities and potential threats.
Implement robust sales tracking and reporting systems to monitor sales performance, pipeline management, and forecasting.
Candidate Requirements
10+ years Sales experience across Air, Ocean or Ground Freight Forwarding markets
5+ years' experience in logistics leadership positions
In-depth knowledge of the US Freight Forwarding market, including key players, trends, and challenges.
Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
