    Description

    Responsibilities of the Western Sales Director:

    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives
    • Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals
    • Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
    • Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management

    Qualifications:

    • 5 or more years of HVAC related work experience required.
    • Must live in the western region of the Untied States.
    • Bachelor's degree preferred or combination of education and equivalent experience in the lineset and refrigerant business.
    • Proven experience in a leadership role within sales, preferably as a Sales Director or similar position
    • Strong background in outside sales and business development
    • Excellent negotiation and analytical skills
    • Technical sales experience is a plus
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
