Experience
I started my career in sales in college and by the age of 21, I was recruiting, training, leading, and coaching sales professionals and leaders. Post college I worked as a successful medical sales representative and maintained top 1% status with each company. In 2009 I received my coaching certification from International Coach Academy, started my own Rainmaker Mindset Coaching company, and received my PCC from ICF. I then joined Southwestern Consulting after they purchased my coaching company and became a Partner with Southwestern Consulting, coaching clients with leadership and sales programs. While coaching, I simultaneously recruited, trained, and coached over 150 internal coaches.
Most recently I was hired by Duarte Inc, as Senior Director of Sales. I coach the entire sales team with the successful sales playbook I created.
I lead the sales department for a global communication agency and training company that writes, designs, and delivers groundbreaking presentations via storytelling, to Fortune 500 companies. Clients: Amazon, Apple, Google, YouTube, Qualcomm, Cisco, TIAA, Microsoft, Nike, BofA, Mastercard, Salesforce, GAP, Meta, World Bank, Sony, Publicis, WPP, Amex, Eversana, Kaiser, Disney, Mutual of Omaha, Workday, Thermo Fisher, Scientific, Bristol Meyers Squibb, Norvo Nordisk, Nestle, Purina, Eversana, Crowdstrike…
