Education / Training
Services offered
I am an independent educational consultant, working with metro-area schools to provide training and support for new and struggling teachers and to create systems for recruitment & selection for school personnel. I help frustrated people see that there are solutions, help them identify priorities, and then work through the many pieces. I help them recognize their strengths and work towards new skills, supporting them as they develop a greater sense of agency and self-efficacy.
