    Job Title: Business Development Representative

    Location: Philadelphia, PA

    Salary: $55k basic + $10k uncapped OTE

    Our client is a leading Computer and Network Security business, empowering organizations to achieve cyber resilience with a complete range of continuous threat exposure management solutions.

    Our client is now searching for dedicated and driven college graduates to join their team of Business Development Representatives. Successful candidates will have the responsibility of increasing the company's market share in North America

    The Role:

    • Gain a comprehensive understanding of the company, their offering and the market they operate in, in order to have valuable conversations with prospective clients
    • Research and identify high-potential businesses, verticals and markets while developing and implementing outbound strategies in conjunction with Marketing
    • Develop and execute campaigns from idea-generation through to qualified calls and meetings
    • Follow up on leads to qualify them as sales opportunities and advance them through the funnel bu connecting them to a New Business Sales Representative
    • Partner with the New Business Sales partners and Marketing resources to optimize your results
    • Keep consistent and accurate records of your sales efforts in the company CRM system

    Qualifications:

    • A full 4-year Bachelor's degree
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets)
    • Positive, can-do attitude
    • Able to thrive in a fast paced, target driven environment
