Key Responsibilities:
Relationship Building:
Develop and nurture strong relationships with potential clients through effective communication and active listening.
Utilize a consultative approach to understand clients' needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.
Sales and Business Development:
Engage in prospecting activities to generate new business opportunities.
Collaborate with insurance agents to identify and pursue potential clients, showcasing the value of our programs.
Develop long term relationships with clients allowing you to expand future relationships within a book of business that you manage.
Customer Service Excellence:
Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring satisfaction and building long-term relationships.
Address inquiries, resolve concerns, and proactively support clients throughout their journey.
Training and Development:
Participate in a month long comprehensive training program covering sales techniques, insurance products, and industry regulations.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
State Property & Casualty Insurance Licensure is a plus.
Must be willing to obtain a State Property & Casualty Insurance Licensure if not currently in possession of one.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Customer service-oriented mindset with a passion for helping others.
Motivated self-starter with a hunger for career growth.
Coachable and open to learning a new industry.
Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
Must be able to pass a financial services background check
Compensation:
Base Salary: $41,000 per year
Expected Total Earnings: $55,000 to $70,000 in the first year (including commissions and bonuses)
Second Year Anticipated earnings between $90,000 to $110,000 (including commissions and bonuses)
