My background includes a balanced mix of digital technology and hybrid project management. I have been known for bringing control to chaos in projects. In the digital space, I have many years of experience in marketing, analytics and experience clouds, along with structured data and digital transformation projects. In project management, I have the training, experience and certifications in waterfall, agile and hybrid project leadership, and focus on building high-performing teams. 

My background is in industries that include financial services, global manufacturing & supply chain, retail, media, HR and more. I have lead teams in size from 4 to 16, focusing on both the traditional elements of project management, and the servant leadership principles of agile leadership. Key areas include risk management, quality planning, stakeholder engagement, project scheduling, change control management, backlog prioritization, sprint ceremonies and team building.

Digital Analytics
20+ years providing complete analytics, insight and recommendations, using Adobe Analytics/Target/AEM/AAM/Campaign, Adobe Experience Cloud, Google Analytics and other analytics tools. I help clients determine how to get the most out of their digital properties, including use case development, customer and content segmentation, behavioral analysis, omni-channel personalization, site optimization, customer journey analysis and other methods. 


Digital Transformation
Develop business requirements, conduct digital maturity assessments, build strategic roadmaps, create SOWs / pricing, scoping and building out the solution, working with client and account teams. Lead client kick-off calls, provide technical leadership, and transition to delivery owner on projects, where I maintained communications with all client stakeholders, and managing budgets in excess of $1.5M per client. 


Project Management - PMP, CSM
12 years managing digital projects, including creating detailed project plans, hosting internal team and external client calls, Scrum ceremonies, running the QA & testing process, budget and resource management, risk mitigation, engagement economics, project governance, and client interaction. Well versed in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, Identify and resolve multi-solution integration issues, manage risk mitigation, issue escalation management, executive reporting, and overall project management. Managed up to 30 onshore and offshore resources.

Thought Leadership
Wrote several articles around current topics in the areas of digital analytics, omni-channel personalization, behavioral analysis, digital marketing and other topics. One key article I authored is titled: “Know Your Customer - Transforming Your Customer Experience”. Another article that can lead to various business opportunities is titled - “Personalized ATM Machines - Extending the Omni-Channel Experience”.

Leverage tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator to connect with decision makers in companies and industries where we are looking to increase our consulting engagements, then nurture new leads.

Digital Maturity Roadmaps
Create and conduct digital maturity assessment sessions for clients, leading to the development of consulting services roadmaps based on client priorities and timeframes. I also authored a very detailed digital maturity assessment tool.
