- Determine which marketing tools/collateral are appropriate explain that overlap, contextualize our solution, and otherwise engage prospects in sales conversations
- Manage the Discover stage of the sales funnel
- Speak to C-level prospects about our solution(s)
- Move prospects from MQL to SQL
- Collaborate with sales team on strategy and tactics
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize engagement strategies
- Follow up consistently and effectively
- Update marketing and sales tools (CRM, MA) consistently

Description
The Business Development Representative performs top-of-the-funnel demand generation activities for Synario. The primary duty of the Business Development Representative is to identify and interact with prospects via telephone and digital tools and turn MQLs into SQLs.
What you'll need
The anticipated base salary for this role is $60,000; this position is also eligible for commissions. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
