Key Responsibilities:

Relationship Building:
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with potential clients through effective communication and active listening.
- Utilize a consultative approach to understand clients' needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.
Sales and Business Development:
- Engage in prospecting activities to generate new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with insurance agents to identify and pursue potential clients, showcasing the value of our programs.
- Develop long term relationships with clients allowing you to expand future relationships within a book of business that you manage.
Customer Service Excellence:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring satisfaction and building longterm relationships.
- Address inquiries, resolve concerns, and proactively support clients throughout their journey.
Training and Development:
- Participate in a month long comprehensive training program covering sales techniques, insurance products, and industry regulations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
- State Property & Casualty Insurance Licensure is a plus.
- Must be willing to obtain a State Property & Casualty Insurance Licensure if not currently in possession of one.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Customer serviceoriented mindset with a passion for helping others.
- Motivated selfstarter with a hunger for career growth.
- Coachable and open to learning a new industry.
- Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be able to pass a financial services background check
Compensation:
- Base Salary: $41,000 per year
- Expected Total Earnings: $55,000 to $70,000 in the first year (including commissions and bonuses)
- Second Year Anticipated earnings between $90,000 to $110,000 (including commissions and bonuses)
