    Business Development RepresentativeLocation: Philadelphia, PASalary: $55k basic + $10k uncapped OTEAbout our Client:Our client is a leading Computer and Network Security business, empowering organizations to achieve cyber resilience with a complete range of continuous threat exposure management solutions.

    Our client is now searching for dedicated and driven college graduates to join their team of Business Development Representatives.

    Successful candidates will have the responsibility of increasing the company's market share in North AmericaBenefits and Package:

    The Role:

    Gain a comprehensive understanding of the company, their offering and the market they operate in, in order to have valuable conversations with prospective clientsResearch and identify high-potential businesses, verticals and markets while developing and implementing outbound strategies in conjunction with MarketingDevelop and execute campaigns from idea-generation through to qualified calls and meetingsFollow up on leads to qualify them as sales opportunities and advance them through the funnel bu connecting them to a New Business Sales RepresentativePartner with the New Business Sales partners and Marketing resources to optimize your resultsKeep consistent and accurate records of your sales efforts in the company CRM systemQualifications/Soft Skills required:A full 4-year Bachelor's degreeExcellent written and verbal communication skillsFamiliarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets)Positive, can-do attitudeAble to thrive in a fast paced, target driven environmentPareto is committed to promoting equality, diversity and inclusion.
