Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads and qualifying prospects to drive sales growth. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and technology.


Duties:


  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products and services
  • Qualify leads and gather information to identify potential sales opportunities
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion
  • Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track and manage customer interactions
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospects through warm calling and effective communication
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our products in the market

Skills:


  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM software
  • Proven track record in sales or telemarketing, preferably in technology sales
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner
  • Selfmotivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently
  • Resultsoriented mindset with a focus on meeting or exceeding sales targets

$32, $53,169.29 per year
