• Led the enhancement of the appointment duration prediction model and scheduling availability system, which lead to a growth in monthly revenue by $20K.
• Managed various mobile & web products from conception to delivery, including the warehouse management system, appointment routing system, and driver app, which enabled the company to scale to process hundreds of appointments per day and reduce our subscription payment defect rate to <1%.
