    Description


    Sales ManagerWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team at EKN Engineering, a civil engineering and technology consulting firm offering solutions tailored for utility companies, specifically in power generation, transmission, and distribution.

    As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth, building client relationships, and expanding our footprint in the utility sector and beyond.


    Responsibilities:
    Develop and implement effective strategies to identify and acquire new clients within the utility industry, fostering long-term partnerships.
    Direct and support collaborative sales efforts and contribute to all stages of the sales process.

    Stay informed about industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead in the civil engineering and technology consulting space for utility companies.

    Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

    Collaborate with technical teams to create compelling proposals and presentations that showcase our capabilities and solutions tailored to the utility sector.

    Develop accurate sales forecasts, track performance metrics, and report on sales activities to senior management.

    Work closely with internal stakeholders, including project managers and engineers, to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceed client expectations.

    Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build a strong network within the utility sector.


    Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.

    Proven experience in sales management, preferably within the civil engineering and technology consulting sector, with a focus on utility companies.

    Strong understanding of the utility industry and its unique challenges is preferred.
    Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
