Role Description:


We are seeking a Catering Sales Manager to join our team in a full-time hybrid role, focusing on managing the sales and operations of our daily drop-and-go catering services.

This position requires a local presence to effectively manage operations and client interactions.


Basic Purpose:


The Catering Sales Manager will play a key role in soliciting and booking daily catering services, aiming to maximize revenue and achieve sales goals.

The role involves no event planning but focuses on the continuous management of day-to-day catering operations.


Roles and Responsibilities:


Sales and Catering Management:

  • Manage the sales process from client inquiry through to booking, focusing on corporate and social catering services.
  • Oversee the creation of customized menu offerings using tools like Airtable to ensure alignment with client preferences and dietary needs.
  • Manage leads from platforms like Yelp and Google Ads to maximize outreach and customer acquisition.
  • Work closely with the marketing department to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.

Customer Interaction and Satisfaction:

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining strong communication and delivering consistent, highquality catering services.
  • Foster longterm relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Leadership and Collaboration:
  • Collaborate regularly with the Kitchen Manager and Operations Director to ensure operational efficiency and quality control.
  • Participate in strategic planning sessions and operational reviews to continually enhance service delivery.

Market Analysis:

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in sales management, preferably within the food service or catering industry.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a proven track record of maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in using digital tools for sales tracking and customer relationship management.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Pay:
$55, $60,000.00 per year
