Role at AriaHealth: I am the sole Salesforce technical resource responsible for managing the Salesforce production and sandbox environments from scratch.

Salesforce Administrator: I bring a strong understanding of the platform and a wide range of skills that have proven instrumental in supporting the growth and success of AriaHealth.

Customization: I have the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, flows, custom views, and other intermediate complexity content to tailor Salesforce to the unique needs of AriaHealth.

Lightning UI Expertise: I have gained a deep understanding of the Lightning UI environment and can build Lightning pages and apps, creating intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for sales teams and users.

Feature Implemented- Lead Management, Contact Management, Order Management, Customer Service, Queues, Referral Management.

Startup Experience: Working in a startup environment, I have honed my ability to prioritize and handle multiple requests efficiently, delivering high-quality solutions within tight timelines.

Process Design: I excel at designing and implementing new processes, analyzing existing workflows, and implementing streamlined solutions to improve productivity and sales performance.

User Adoption: I actively train and support end-users to ensure they fully utilize Salesforce's capabilities and benefit from its features.

 Integration: I have comprehensive understanding of integration, successfully integrating Salesforce with Shopify with rest API, Form Assemble, Marketing Cloud, Health Cloud, brightree, Woo commerce sync plugin(Upswing), Nice inContact call centre (CI/CD), DocuSign to ensure seamless data flow and synchronization. 

Agile Environment: I thrive in collaborative and fast-paced work cultures, working closely with cross-functional teams, adapting to changing priorities, and delivering iterative solutions aligned with project goals.

Salesforce Security: I possess comprehensive knowledge of Salesforce security features, including Roles, Profiles, Salesforce Shield, Permission Sets, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), HIPAA compliance, SSO, encryption, set up DKIM and more, ensuring the protection of sensitive data and compliance with industry regulations. 

Data Management- Data Import and export of data using data Loader/workbench. Set up and configure" Own backup" for backup and recovery.

My experience as the sole Salesforce resource at AriaHealth highlights my strong understanding of the platform, ability to build custom solutions, manage multiple requests, drive projects to completion, analyze complex requirements, work in agile environments, and implement robust security measures. I am proud of my contributions in establishing and managing the Salesforce environment at AriaHealth.

Bachelor of Business Management: Completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Bangalore University

Diploma in Computer Science: Earned a diploma in Computer Science from NIIT. The program covered fundamental concepts of computer science, programming languages, data structures, algorithms, and database management.
