Quest International is looking to add a full-time Sales Manager to train and empower our Inside Sales team.

Pay Rate Range:
$75,000/ann. - $90,00/ann. (DOE)


Location:
In the office (Irvine, CA), Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm (minimum).


Job Summary:


The primary objective of this role is to empower the sales reps to set appointments for qualified prospects, ensuring a steady flow of potential clients for our sales team.

This position requires strong leadership skills, sales acumen, and the ability to create and execute successful sales strategies.


Essential Functions:


  • Team Leadership: Provide effective leadership, guidance, and mentorship to a team of Inside Sales Reps. Motivate and inspire the team to achieve and exceed their performance targets.
  • Strategy Development: Collaborate with the sales leadership team to create effective sales strategies for cold outreach to targeted companies. Continuously evaluate and optimize the strategies based on performance metrics and feedback.
  • Training and Development: Identify skill gaps within the team and conduct training sessions to enhance their cold outreach techniques, product knowledge, and communication skills.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously review and refine the lead generation and appointment setting processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Sales Collateral: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop sales collateral, scripts, and templates that align with the targeted industries and buyer personas.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize datadriven insights to assess campaign performance and make databased decisions to optimize the team's efforts.
  • Pipeline Management: Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads and appointments, providing all necessary information to facilitate successful sales interactions.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on team performance, campaign effectiveness, and key insights to present to senior management.

Specific Required skills/knowledge:


  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in a leadership or management role
  • Demonstrated success in setting and achieving sales targets and objectives.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and sales productivity tools.
