Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and develop the distributor sales team and internal telesales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market share and increase revenue for Bliss products.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and sales materials to support sales efforts.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and distributors to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Provide regular performance feedback, coaching, and training to sales team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
- Develop and manage sales budgets, forecasts, and reports to track progress and performance against targets.
- Coordinate with other departments such as logistics, customer service, and finance to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
- Stay uptodate with industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes affecting the OTP Vapor market.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is desired
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the tobacco or vapor products industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance in the tobacco or vapor industry is a plus.
- International sales experience is highly desirable
