Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and develop the distributor sales team and internal telesales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market share and increase revenue for Bliss products.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and sales materials to support sales efforts.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and distributors to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Provide regular performance feedback, coaching, and training to sales team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
  • Develop and manage sales budgets, forecasts, and reports to track progress and performance against targets.
  • Coordinate with other departments such as logistics, customer service, and finance to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes affecting the OTP Vapor market.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is desired
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the tobacco or vapor products industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance in the tobacco or vapor industry is a plus.
  • International sales experience is highly desirable

$60, $75,000.00 per year
