Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, coach, and mentor a team of 68 account executives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and processes to drive growth in our RDAAS product line.
Monitor team performance, providing regular feedback and conducting performance reviews.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on sales strategies and product offerings.
Identify training and development needs for the sales team to enhance skills and performance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Analyze sales metrics and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role, preferably in the software or technology sector.
Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and data analysis.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate and lead a highperforming sales team.
Proficient in CRM software and sales management tools.
Strong organizational and problemsolving abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
