Manager L3 teams and migration teams
In the newly formed team, was the first employee hired to build a team that grew to well over 60 team members.
This challenge was to create teams to support the core infrastructure, (Windows and Linus OS) with Cisco
switching. Build teams to migrate from Lotus Notes to Microsoft Exchange, eventually office 365. Build teams
to support VMware, Backup and Disaster recovery.

• Hands on manager for major projects, completed migration of over 15,000 users converting files from
Lotus Notes to Microsoft DFS. At the time this was the largest DFS implementation Microsoft.
• Create team, do hiring and budgeting for Backup team, Microsoft Exchange/Office 365 teams.

P2FHoldings is a clothing designer, manufacturing, and distributor of clothing. P2F Holdings owns business such
as “More Ed Hardy”, “Essentials by ABS” and “Carlen Enterprises.” Locations in California and New York. The
objective was to find a method to track incoming supplies and orders from overseas. To implement a method to
track ships at sea, and ultimately predict when items come to port, to freight, and to warehouses. Ultimately, the
team landed on a product called Ocean Insights.
• In the Span of six months, added VPN and separate MPLS between showrooms in New York City, Los
Angeles California and Long Beach California, Migrated Exchange server including over 2000
mailboxes, migrated over 30 servers from windows, including active directory modifications between
multiple sites.
• Using Ocean Insights to help logistics team plant for incoming orders.
• Migrate from accounting platform MAS to Great planes.
