- A bachelor's degree or higher in sales, business, marketing, or a related field
- 7+ years of progressive sales experience
- Experience managing, developing, motivating, and leading sales team members.
- A deep understanding of the luxury furnishings industry, including the architecture and interior design industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); proficiency in CRM (ideally NetSuite)
- Proven leadership skills
- Experience developing and implementing sales strategies.
- Proficient negotiation skills to close deals, secure partnerships, and resolve conflicts.
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Excellent attention to detail and great time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; the ability to interface effectively at all levels both internally and externally.
- Ability to travel, potentially 25% travel.
