Daven is an experienced Account Executive and Marketing Manager, who is seeking opportunities at the intersection of marketing strategy and customer relations. • Managed growth of $55M Fabric Enhancer business +15% year over year 
• Designed P&G items unique to BJ’s in order to achieve 3-year channel and category growth objectives by collaborating with marketing, product supply and finance partners 
• Led P&G sales and diversity recruiting at University of Wisconsin-Madison, building new manager pipeline by over-delivering on team’s diversity and sales recruiting goals 3 consecutive years 

Account Executive – Fabric Care (Southeastern Grocers)  Jacksonville, FL 2017 – 2018 

• Grew P&G’s dollar share +1.5% and drove total category growth +1.2% during period of SEG reorganization under Chapter 11 bankruptcy
• Oversaw $400K marketing budget on $16M business to achieve expanded share of display, advertisement feature and strategic joint business plans to accelerate sales growth for SEG and P&G
• Directed field based multi-functional team of 4 by creating new systems to virtually collaborate and better engage with SEG

Account Manager – Surface Care (Publix)  Orlando, FL 2015 – 2017 

• Managed $20M Surface Care business to deliver volume growth goals (+3.4% vs previous year), profit growth goals (+5.2% vs previous year) in fiscal year 15/16
• Led District Manager Selling Program to build and maintain relationships with key district managers to boost total team’s display compliance and on-shelf-availability in critical market regions 
• Named P&G Best in Class of 20+ account executives for work on Surface Care Category at 2016 Sales National Meeting
