- Plan and coordinate the annual Open Enrollment process, including communication strategies and timeline.
- Develop comprehensive communication materials to educate employees about available benefits.
- Organize and host monthly Benefit Office Hour sessions where employees can seek assistance and ask questions on benefit-related matters.
- Manage the company's tuition reimbursement program while following established guidelines and policies.
- Manage full cycle Leaves of Absence as needed; handle escalated or complex Leave of Absence (LOA) claims, providing guidance and support where needed.
- Continuously research and monitor industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to employee benefits & wellbeing.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve the company's Benefits & Wellbeing offerings based on new trends and employee needs.
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- Minimum of five years' experience in Benefits

Job DescriptionThe Benefits & Wellbeing Manager is a part of the Benefits & Wellbeing team at IPG Health and eports to the Director, Benefits & Wellbeing. The Benefits & Wellbeing Manager will help oversee daily operations of the Benefits & Wellbeing team while managing multiple programs across the agency. An integral part of this position is ensuring that escalated employee benefits or leaves concerns are resolved in a timely manner. T he Benefits & Wellbeing Manager also works closely with the Director to ensure that the company's benefit programs are communicated effectively and meet the needs of the employees.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
$99,000 to $118,000 annually.
