The Fresh Air Fund, a not-for-profit youth development organization, has provided free life-changing summer experiences in the outdoors to more than 1.8 million children from New York City’s underserved communities. 

Development Coordinator 

• Provide data analytics to support the Events and Development team in maximizing philanthropic income by identifying trends and opportunities
• Generates weekly, monthly, and quarterly income reports and dashboards for team members and/or senior leadership to track year-to-date and year-over-year progress
• Support Special Events Manager with planning event details and aspects for 4 annual cultivation events and 2 benefits.

Act To Change, Washington, DC                                                                               December 2021 – Present

#ActToChange is a non-profit organization working to address bullying among AAPI youth. It was first established as a grassroots campaign from The White House Initiative on Asian Americans, Native Hawaiians, and Pacific Islanders under the Obama Administration.

Program Manager 

• Develop and lead the Youth Ambassador Program (YAP) that aims to empower AAPI youth leadersto combat bullying and racism in theircommunities.
• Engage and lead a cohort of 24 Youth Ambassadors (YAs) aged 14 to 16 and mentors through a 3-month program, including 6 student cohort sessions, bi-weekly mentor programming, and a Community Action Project.
• Leverage collaborations with ATC community partners in order to create opportunities and build more relationships between the YAs and national AAPI organizations.
