Dear Hiring Manager,

         I am reaching out to you in regards to the open Human Resources position at your company. After reading through the qualifications, I am confident that my skills set will prove to be an asset to your company. With a passion for HR, I eagerly tackle my projects head-on; diving into my research and strategizing ways to improve work life and productivity while also being cost effective. A few experiences I would like to highlight are:

-Served as the point of contact, working directly with the Union to provide desirable  benefits to employees
-Served as the head of all HR processes, including on-boarding and off-boarding, personnel transfers, correspondence, and directives for over 200 employees.
-Implementing a universal filing system to facilitate access to documents, and important information cutting time spent on searching in half.
-Establishing new application protocols that increased application quality while also ensuring all necessary information was received.
-Develop a strong understanding of the business to apply necessary people practices to enhance business performance and culture.
-Identify areas that can be developed further for improvement using analytics.
-Build credibility and trust in HR by providing a strong and visible HR leadership presence with executives, people managers and employees, locally and globally
-Partner with assigned leaders and HR colleagues to implement HR solutions in support of business objectives
-Implementing much needed Spanish copies of all necessary employee documents to improve communication with Employees.
         
         Moreover, I am no stranger to working in a fast paced environment and surpassing seemingly high expectations. My upbeat personality keeps me confident in my abilities to rise to any challenge. I am familiar with several types of software and can learn new programs and procedures quickly. My strong communication skills in both English and Spanish make me an ideal candidate to properly serve your diverse needs.
