Summary

Key Responsibilities
1.
Learning & Development

  • Determine learning needs based on growth prospects, build a learning strategy and operationalize it.
  • Develop training plans for various business units by demonstrating learning assets from Capgemini's Learning Portfolio.
  • Enable development & refinement of learning.
  • Identify and recommend interventions needed to enhance efficiency and engagement, such as process standardization.
  • Promote learning opportunities across businesses.
2.
Performance management.

  • Lead the execution of performance management processes, including Priority Setting, Continuous Feedback, Promotions, and more.
  • Ensure Performance Management strategy is aligned to business and people growth strategy.
  • Provide guidance to HRBPs on performance management standard methodologies.
3.
HR Program Management

  • Partner across global and regional HR teams to drive improvements to Talent & Learning initiatives.
  • Drive relevant HR programs for timelines, cost, and success.
  • Lead HR Communications.

Key Qualifications:

1. 7+ years of Talent & Learning experience in a global, matrixed Technology organization


  • Experienced in project management, with proven success leading multiple projects, processes and initiatives simultaneously.
  • Skilled at establishing relationships and collaborating across the organization with key stakeholders.
  • Agile and optimally deals with significant change and ambiguity.
  • Previous experience implementing employee learning & development, talent strategy, engagement strategies, including integration of culture and improving employee experience at a technology organization.
  • Excellent communications and presentation skills.
  • A growth mindset, positive demeanor.

Education Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's Degree and a HR Certification.
