Responsibilities:


  • Translate business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications for technical teams.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and challenges.
  • Elicit, document, and analyze business requirements, processes, and workflows.
  • Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams.

Required Skills:


  • A Bachelor's degree in IT, Business (i.e. Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management Information Systems) or a related field
  • Good communication and organization skills
  • Strong prestation skills possessing the ability to create and give presentations
  • Effective, confident verbal and written communicator with all levels of seniority
  • Good to know team collaboration tools like Mural, Azure Boards, etc.
  • Inquisitive and analytical mind that can develop, innovate, and create solutions for our clients
  • Have interest in learning new technologies
  • Proactive and tenacious problemsolver who is detailed oriented a real selfstarter
  • Willingness to learn the banking/insurance industry to understand our client's issues
  • A willingness to travel up to 100% if required
  • Must be open to relocation and travel
