  • The position will report into a Collateral Automation lead within Marketing Technology and collaborate with the business users, business analysts, developers, testing and support teams.

Responsibilities:


  • Ensuring that all key technical requirements are identified, estimated, crafted, documented, implemented and integration tested.
  • Producing detailed technical specifications based on business requirements documents.
  • Ensuring that consistent design patterns, methodologies, and design documentation are maintained across all your development projects.
  • Performing and supporting technical & design reviews of your own and other projects.
  • Working closely with the Business Analysts, Testing, and Support teams to ensure all technical requirements for new projects are captured, crafted, and developed according to those requirements.
  • Has excellent analytical and problemsolving skills that are coupled with strong communication; anticipates issues and deals with them proactively.
  • Demonstrates a passion for technology innovation balanced with a pragmatic approach to developing and deploying solutions that best benefit the business.
  • Strong social skills and good team spirit is required in addition to proficiency in verbal and written business communication.

Required Skills:


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in computer science, with 8 years of professional development experience.
  • 4+ years of Financial Services experience.
  • Robust web design experience to include backend and/or frontend development within AEM. Expertlevel experience in endtoend implementations of AEM 6.5 or later, AEM as a cloud service experience preferred.
  • Deep knowledge of AEM Core components like OSGI, JCR, CRXDE, Jackrabbit Oak, Apache Sling, Dispatcher, Workflows.
  • Expertlevel experience in defining multisite, multilingual, template & components, automated workflows, Digital Asset Management, and Tag management.
  • Expertlevel experience in endtoend implementations of AEM as a cloud service is required.
  • Exposure to Adobe Target, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Analytics and AEP is a huge plus.
  • Expertlevel experience in web technologies across client/serverside (JS, CSS, HTML5), web infrastructure including web/app server/load balancing etc., caching/compression/security over web, content distribution network, web usage analytics.
  • Expertlevel experience in Java (8 or above) and objectoriented design and development
  • Solid understanding of Service Oriented Architecture/RESTful services
  • Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, SCRUM).
  • Excellent problemsolving skills, goaloriented, selfmotivated and adapts to changing situations and requirements.
  • Enhance the process standards and best practices and support L3 issues for currently live systems.
