    Are you a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a passion for fitness? Body Fit Training Irvine is currently seeking a Sales Manager to join our dynamic sales team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for promoting our fitness training programs and driving revenue growth through effective sales techniques and exceptional customer service.

    Sales Managers are responsible for meeting and exceeding studio revenue goals and new membership sales target by executing strategic community outreach, in-studio lead generation, and generating member referrals. Under the management of a Franchise Owner, General Manager and with the support of the Corporate BFT Support Team, Sales Managers must exemplify leadership qualities in sales. Sales Managers must have the ability to build lasting relationships with prospective and current members in order build a strong ambassadorship and retain members. The Sales Manager is rooted in sales and marketing while upholding our mission to fuel energetic communal experience.

    Responsibilities:

    Generate leads and actively seek out new sales opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals

    Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction

    Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of Body Fit Training programs

    Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding pricing, promotions, and package options

    Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets

    Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments

    Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions in the CRM system

    Qualifications:

    Previous experience in sales, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry

    Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    Strong negotiation and closing abilities

    Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients

    Self-motivated and results-driven with a positive attitude

    Knowledge of fitness training programs and their benefits is a plus

    Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office suite
