ATTENDANCE REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION ARE AS FOLLOWS:
Non rotating 40 hour work week, Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Must be available to work additional hours as needed.

Responsibilities

Responsible for leading, planning, developing, implementing, coordinating, monitoring, and reporting of all CCNCPHD activities associated with the CCNCPHD's 1115 Waiver Pediatric Obesity Initiative in accordance with federal, state, local, regional and departmental requirements and objectives.

Actively participates in the development, maintenance, marketing and expansion of strategic partnerships, collaborations and alliances with key community stakeholders involved in the CCNCPHD's 1115 Waiver Pediatric Obesity Initiative.

Assists in establishing and maintaining family and community partner referral and communication pathways. May be asked to perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Position requires a Bachelor's degree with minimum of three (3) years of related experience. Pediatric experience strongly preferred but not required. A combination of education and pertinent experience may be considered. Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR preferred or required at time of application. A valid driver's license is required.

Successful out of state candidates must be able to obtain a valid Texas driver's license within 90 days of hire.

Application review and the City may also conduct additional skill assessment tests, in addition to the panel interview.

This position is classified as "Safety Sensitive".
