Earnings from this job are not covered under Social Security per the Windfall Elimination Provision, but are subject to a FICA Alternative Plan.

ATTENDANCE REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION ARE AS FOLLOWS:
Non-Rotating Various Shifts, Monday through Friday. Must be able to work additional hours as needed by department.
Responsibilities:
The essential duties for this position are as follows: Must possess strong communication and leadership skills to appropriately address any needs expressed by children 5 to 13 years of age; must use good judgment to effectively supervise a group of at least 20 children; have skills in instructing a variety of recreational programs; must be able to administer first aid/CPR, and must have clerical skills to complete required reports; covering for Sr.
Qualifications
Requires a High School Diploma or GED. A valid driver's license is preferred at time of application and hire. Must obtain CPR and First Aid certifications prior to job assignment.
