    Do you want to work with a leading automation business who are looking to diversify their client base?

    Do you enjoy working with clients in multiple industries & offering world class solutions to problems?

    If the answers yes to the above, I'm working with a leading automation business who are looking to expand their existing client portfolio outside of the automotive sector. The business are a leader in the custom automation/assembly space and offer unique solutions to clients assembly needs.

    Here's an overview:

    Education:

    • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical/Control System Engineering.
    • Post Graduation: MBA in Marketing preferred.

    Experience:

    • Minimum 10 years' experience in the Intralogistics solution market or equivalent.
    • Proven track record in customer relationship management, establishing connections with key decision-makers of clients.
    • Expertise in intralogistics automation solutions, including turnkey projects, familiarity with High Bay Warehouses, EMS systems (monorail), AGV, AMR, Shuttles, RGVs, Conveyors, Lifts, Stacker Cranes.
    • Knowledge of diverse customer bases in the US, spanning industries such as FMCG, White Goods, Pharma, Textile, Automotive, Chemical, E-commerce, with a primary focus on the manufacturing sector.
    • Experience in developing and managing agents across the US for the organization.

    Preferred Application Segment Experience:

    • Conveyor and automation systems.
    • Robotic integration systems.
    • ASRS, Warehouse Automation, Intralogistics Automation.

    Job Profile:

    • Drive Business Development initiatives in the USA.
    • Lead regional sales and projects to foster business development with existing customers and cultivate relationships with new clients.
    • Previous experience in leading/managing teams for sales objectives is desirable.
    • Collaborate with back-end sales and proposal engineering teams in India to align customer needs/RFQs, define sales strategy, facilitate communication with customers to develop winning solutions, and ensure execution of the sales strategy through presentations and sales efforts.
    • Demonstrate multi-organizational collaboration experience as an advantage.
