    Title: Territory Sales Manager

    Location: Grand Rapids, Michigan Area

    Salary Range: $80,000-$100,000 Base Salary + lucrative Commission/Bonus structure

    The company we are hiring for is a top distributor of wholesale residential and commercial building materials, experiencing significant growth in recent years. The role involves taking over a well-established and profitable territory from a retiring TSM, requiring an experienced sales professional to ensure a smooth transition with the current TSM's guidance.

    Position Summary

    • Maintain and strengthen existing client relationships in the territory for sustained growth.
    • Explore new business opportunities through diverse sales strategies.
    • Deliver product presentations to showcase features and benefits to potential customers.
    • Achieve and exceed sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
    • Collaborate with regional and corporate sales teams to drive revenue growth.
    • Enhance product knowledge through engagement with internal and external experts.
    • Opportunity for career advancement within the organization based on performance.

    Skills/Requirements

    • Preferably holds a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in building materials sales.
    • 3+ years of successful B2B sales experience with a solid sales track record.
    • At least 2 years of customer-facing B2B sales experience in the building materials industry.
    • Self-motivated individual with strong teamwork and follow-up skills.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
    • Demonstrates high integrity and a commitment to fairness in all dealings.
