    JOB OVERVIEW

    JOB TITLE:

    Sales Manager

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • and target potential customers within the automotive, electronics, and other relevant industries, leveraging industry knowledge and market research to generate new business opportunities.
    • and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and other stakeholders, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
    • and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share, including setting sales goals, forecasting sales projections, and developing pricing strategies.
    • and grow existing client accounts, understanding their needs and requirements, and proactively identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services.
    • industry trends, competitive activities, and customer needs to identify market opportunities and potential risks, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
    • and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations, effectively communicating the value proposition of our lithium-ion battery solutions.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

    5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.

    Proven track record of success in sales, business development, or account management- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans, including market analysis, sales forecasting, and pricing strategies.

    Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and operations, to meet customer needs and achieve business objectives.

    PREFERRED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

    Experience in sales, business development, or account management in the li-ion/energy storage systems or automotive industry a plus.

    MINIMUM EDUCATION

    Degree Level: Bachelors

    Field: Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.

    Degree Level: Masters

    Field: Business Administration

    REQUIRED SKILLS

    o Leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate a sales team, foster collaboration, and drive results.

    o Strong understanding of lithium-ion battery technology, applications, and market dynamics.

    o Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

    o Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

    o Results oriented mindset with a focus on exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.

    o Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
