    Job Summary: The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve sales targets, drive revenue growth, and maximize profitability. This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, overseeing the sales process, coaching and mentoring sales representatives, and fostering strong relationships with key clients. The Sales Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.

    Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field required; Master's degree preferred.

    Required Qualification:

    • Proven track record of success in sales management, with at least 5-8 years of experience in a leadership role.
    • Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • In-depth knowledge of sales principles, techniques, and best practices.
    • Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans and initiatives.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales productivity tools.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze sales data, trends, and metrics.
    • Results-driven, goal-oriented, and customer-focused.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
    • Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics.
    • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, conferences, and events.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share for company products.
    • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales quotas and performance metrics.
    • Set clear sales objectives, KPIs, and targets for individual team members and monitor their progress.
    • Recruit, onboard, and train new sales representatives as needed to support business growth and expansion.
    • Provide ongoing training, guidance, and support to sales team members to enhance their selling skills and product knowledge.
    • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members to drive continuous improvement.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective sales campaigns, promotions, and lead generation activities.
    • Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and product niches to drive sales growth.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to foster long-term loyalty and trust.
    • Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and customer preferences to stay informed about industry developments and identify business opportunities.
    • Analyze sales data, trends, and forecasts to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.
    • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management on a regular basis.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in all sales activities.
    • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote products and services and expand network connections.
    • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork, innovation, and professional growth.
