    Description
    A client/employer of Insight Global is searching for a Financial Business Partner to join their team of four. This person will offer financial advice and top-tier decision support to Divisional Leadership. The role requires both strategic and tactical thinking, as well as analytical skills.

    The incumbent will contribute to the Division's financial and strategic objectives and play a key role in shaping financial input for operational strategic planning processes.

    This role will require 5-10% travel within the United States to conduct financial reviews across different branches and develop reports.


    Roles/Responsibilities:

    • Pinpoint and address business challenges to enhance operational and fiscal efficiency.
    • Assist the field finance team by utilizing sophisticated technical and strategic expertise to clearly convey intricate financial data.
    • Generate or supervise the creation of perceptive financial analysis, ensuring both precision and promptness in financial reporting.
    • Evaluate the profit margins of each product line and provide input on pricing strategies, discounts, and promotional offers.
    • Develop projections, financial assessments, and statistical reports that are in harmony with and bolster the Division's fiscal objectives.
    • Manage the upkeep and dissemination of operational metrics, delivering intricate planning and profit analysis within the Finance department.
    • Interpret financial and operational data to discern best practices, inform decision-making, and offer strategic guidance to the finance team.
    • Communicating with Branch Directors and other key stakeholders to provide weekly KPI reporting

    Plusses:

    • Strong knowledge of Power BI
    • CPA, CFA, MS, or MBA

    Must Haves:

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
    * 3-5 year of experience as a Financial Analyst


    • Ability to communicate and present findings and reports to leadership and key stakeholders
    • Excellent analytical, evaluation, and problem-solving skills
    • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to create financial reports within Excel
    • Intermediate knowledge of working within Power BI
    • Experience taking data and transforming it into data/planning models
    • Ability to travel when necessary
