 Manage the US salary administration (3,500+ US based employees) program through Compease (a comprehensive
software system)
 Handle Employee Relations issues, investigations and follow-up by maintaining proper protocols throughout
investigations and disciplinary procedures
 Plan and manage the onboarding process and recruitment activities for new hires using ADP and strategic personnel,
staffing and position management practices
 Evaluate success of training programs and recommend improvements to upper management to enhance effectiveness
