Ernie Sanchez is a well-respected certified kitchen and bathroom designer as well as a certified kitchen and bathroom remodeler. Since 1997, Ernie has been specializing in residential kitchen and bathroom design and remodel services. His notable skills are in his "variety of design/remodel projects". This has earned him a reputation as one of Sacramento's premiere kitchen and bathroom designers. His past work has been featured in various industry publications and Ernie has had his share of industry awards as well throughout his career.

Born and raised in San Jose, CA, Ernie has always had an affinity for the elements of design and aesthetics in architecture, furniture and cabinet making. He excelled in art, drafting and woodworking which set the foundation for him to work closely with some of the most prestigious designers and builders throughout California.

Ernie continued his education by receiving his design certificates in kitchen and bathroom design from the National Kitchen and Bath Association (NKBA). He went on to receive his cabinetry & millwork license, general contractors license as well as his certificate in kitchen and bath remodeling from The National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI) to complete the necessary tools he needed to provide the design/remodel services for his clients.

It is a goal of Ernie's when designing for his clients, that their project is unique and that no two projects are ever alike. "I have no design trademark or particular style. I do not provide "cookie cutter" designs when I am creating a new space for my clients. The variety of my design’s show in my completed projects and I am extremely pleased with that", says Ernie.

Project Management – Managed every aspect of the design and construction process; including but not limited
to the interior design, architectural design and engineering process, permit process, ordering and scheduling
products and supplies, scheduling fabricators and installers.
Sales and Client Relationships – Followed up on all potential client leads and referrals, appointment scheduling
for in home consultations, explaining the design and the construction process from start to completion,
preparing estimates, quotes and proposals, contract negotiations and closing the deal, final contracts and
invoices, quality control and completion of projects.
Product Specifications – Specified all products associated with any and all projects, reviewing product trends,
style, design, quality, price, fabrication, installation and warranty issues.
Cabinet Design and Installation – provided any and all interior cabinet design, verifying that all cabinets,
appliances, specialty items will all function and work according to designs and product specifications.
Project Design, Architectural Design and Engineering Issues – Provide initial design concepts, architectural
design changes, if necessary, provide engineering and structural issues, if necessary-coordinate all of these
aspects together for a completed set of interior and construction designs along with all architectural and
engineering specifications for a completed set of working plans ready to be submitted for the permit process
