    Are you a seasoned Business Development leader who has worked in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction and looking to make a significant impact? As our client's Business Development Director, you'll be at the forefront of driving growth and innovation within our the organization.

    Your expertise will be pivotal as you spearhead collaboration initiatives, elevating client value and propelling growth objectives to new heights. With your proven track record, you'll bring a deep understanding of market dynamics, client needs, and internal synergies to the table.

    Harnessing your existing network and insights, you'll craft and execute strategies to nurture existing client relationships while forging powerful new connections. You'll thrive in this role if you possess a keen ability to collaborate with technical teams, identify upselling opportunities, and drive cross-selling initiatives. Your proactive approach to client engagement, coupled with your knack for industry networking, will be instrumental in driving our growth trajectory.

    Responsibilities:

    • Establish and maintain relationships with current and future clients and own and drive development goals.
    • Establish and maintain excellent relationships with our technical team and our platform sales team.
    • Collaborating with the technical team to discover and personally develop opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
    • Proactively engage active and dormant clients and new target prospects through calls, emails, and other marketing and networking campaigns to increase average spend.
    • Working with the marketing and sales team to acquire new clients through referrals, inquiries, and presentations (Qualify and convert leads from marketing and sales campaigns)
    • Creating and expanding new industry relationships and existing network
    • Contribute to sales planning and strategy.
    • Managing the CRM database.

    Education and/ or Experience:

    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent working experience (architectural or engineering background a plus)
    • 5-10 years of experience in the AEC industry, with a proven strategic business development role
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Excellent interpersonal skills

    This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are generally Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

    • This is a hybrid position, assuming 3 days in the office on average after the initial training period which may require more in-office time.
