We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team.

As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving sales growth.

This is a dynamic role that requires strong sales skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for driving business success.

Responsibilities:

Identify and target potential clients through proactive prospecting and lead generation
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential growth opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize account growth
Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations to key decisionmakers
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop customized solutions that meet client needs
Negotiate contracts and pricing terms to close sales deals
Track sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics using CRM software
Stay uptodate with industry developments and participate in professional development activities

Skills:

Proven experience in outside sales, account management, or business development
Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build rapport and establish longterm relationships with clients
Technical sales knowledge or experience is a plus
Customer serviceoriented mindset with the ability to understand client needs and provide effective solutions

Pay:
$98, $105,000.00 per year
