Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Associate to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing new business opportunities.

This is a key role within our organization, and you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our success.


Duties:


  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate revenue and achieve sales targets
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand industry trends
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to expand our customer base and increase market share
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals
  • Utilize Hubspot or similar CRM software to track leads, manage customer relationships, and analyze sales data
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts to management
  • Stay uptodate with industry developments and competitor activities
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote our products/services

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in business development or sales roles
  • Strong knowledge of sales principles and techniques
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in using Hubspot or similar CRM software
  • Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make datadriven decisions
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time


Pay:
$92, $103,194.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus opportunities
  • Commission pay
