Job Summary:

Responsibilities:


  • Manage and coordinate administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, and organizing meetings
  • Handle financial tasks such as budgeting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and journal entries
  • Utilize Property management accounting software Appfolio to process financial transactions and generate reports
  • Assist with payroll processing and employee benefits administration
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members
  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures to enhance efficiency
  • Serve as the main point of contact for external vendors, clients, and visitors
  • Assist with special projects as assigned by management

Qualifications:

  • Degree or training in Accounting
  • Proven experience as a bookkeeper, accountant or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of financial concepts and governmental accounting practices
  • Ability to learn to in using Property management accounting software Appfolio
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously

Job Types:

Pay:
$ $35.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed
