Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, and organizing meetings
- Handle financial tasks such as budgeting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and journal entries
- Utilize Property management accounting software Appfolio to process financial transactions and generate reports
- Assist with payroll processing and employee benefits administration
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to enhance efficiency
- Serve as the main point of contact for external vendors, clients, and visitors
- Assist with special projects as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- Degree or training in Accounting
- Proven experience as a bookkeeper, accountant or similar role
- Strong knowledge of financial concepts and governmental accounting practices
- Ability to learn to in using Property management accounting software Appfolio
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time
Pay:
$ $35.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
