    Account Executive

    US - Remote

    Our client is a high-growth Healthcare SaaS provider, backed by a leading Private Equity investor in vertical SaaS businesses. They offer targeted solutions to the human services sector and are 100% committed to their products, their customers, and the individuals their customers serve.

    We are actively searching for an Account Executive who is not only driven and ambitious but also embodies authenticity and curiosity.

    About you:

    • You have a proven track record in SaaS sales within a fast-paced, innovative, mission-driven environment
    • You are eager to learn, adapt, and deliver results that contribute to our shared success
    • You are empathetic and have a strong desire to help your customers and provide best-in-class service

    What you will do:

    • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients
    • Articulate the unique value proposition of our SaaS solutions through compelling presentations and product demonstrations
    • Engage in meaningful, value-driven discussions with senior executives about their business, needs, and strategic goals
    • Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPI's
    • Maintain detailed records of all sales-related activities in our CRM
    • Utilize a data-driven approach to analyze market trends and customer behavior
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with product development
    • Continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge through ongoing training and professional development
    • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management for strategic planning and resource allocation

    What you will need:

    • Minimum of 3 years' experience in an Account Executive role with a proven record of success in a SaaS environment
    • Exceptional communication skills
    • An innate curiosity and authenticity, coupled with a passion for understanding client needs and delivering innovative solutions
    • Experience using a proven sales methodology like Challenger, MEDDICC, Miller-Heiman, etc.
    • Coachable mindset, committed to continuous learning and improvement and open to feedback
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field
