    Account Executive (AE) | Faros Health

    Location: Hybrid in Dallas, TX

    JOB SUMMARY

    The Account Executive must be:

    • A self-driven, goal-oriented, relational, and dynamic professional with an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for innovation.
    • Confident in ambiguity, strong in creative problem-solving, and capable of building something new.
    • Strong at running the full sales cycle, identifying and pursuing leads, identifying problems to solve, and achieving sales targets by selling to employers and benefits brokers.

    The AE will directly impact culture, initiatives, strategies, and outcomes across the company as one of its first team members, and will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

    What we expect of the AE:

    • Taking Faros Health ENLIGHT to market to drive sales and meet revenue goals.
    • Establish and build the sales playbook with Faros' Advisors and Senior Leadership Team.
    • Work alongside marketing to build a robust sales pipeline.
    • Develop, drive, and monitor business relationships with key individuals at sales targets, focusing on employers and benefits brokers.
    • Identify, evaluate, and develop business opportunities through individual research, professional associations, industry groups, and general business resources.
    • Learn the needs of accounts to identify solutions our company can offer and develop plans for presenting those solutions to the targeted accounts.
    • Negotiate favorable terms and conditions for contracts with customers and prospective customers and close agreements to drive new and beneficial business growth.
    • Track all activity in the CRM according to team guidelines.
    • Collaborate with the marketing and product management teams to improve products and services.
    • Work closely with the Faros Team to meet deadlines and ensure a highly satisfied client experience.
    • Guide new Account Executives and SDRs as the sales team grows.
    • Handle special projects as assigned by the CEO, using discretion and independent judgment to deliver sophisticated solutions to complex problems.

    ABOUT YOU

    Your Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
    • 4+ years' experience in B2B software sales
    • Startup experience is strongly preferred
    • Experience selling to employers or benefits brokers strongly preferred
    • Healthcare technology experience preferred
    • Experience building and executing early sales playbooks preferred

    Your Skills:

    • Salesforce or equivalent CRM experience is required
    • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
    • Must be comfortable adapting to other software tools through training and maintaining a working knowledge of those tools
    • Strong customer orientation, both internally and externally
    • Strong interpersonal, problem solving, and communication abilities
    • Has the ability to communicate ideas in both technical and non-technical language
    • Can collaborate with cross-functional and virtual teams

    Other Requirements:

    • Travel via automobile and/or plane to customers' location and overnight stays possible.
