1) Around 14 years of experience completely in the Banking domain. Have worked for HSBC Bank, Standard Bank of South Africa (3+ years in South Africa) & Barclays Bank(UK) during this tenure.

2) Have in depth knowledge on Debit and Credit card domains for Retail and Personal banking. Payments (Authorisation, clearing & Settlement Process) via POS/ATM, mobile banking , Branch application), Card processing system( Ordering, Servicing, maintenance process).

3) Have worked on Mandatory and Regulatory projects, Quarterly VISA/MAster Card upgrades/ Enhancements of POS terminals and ATM (using Postilion, Tandem, 3270, TRIUMPH) , Medium/large scale projects involving multiple component systems and third parties like VISA scheme, MasterCard, LINK.
 

4) Was Solely accountable for E2E testing and Delivery which includes  Single point of contact for Project management /Stakeholders, Analysis of Testing Feasibility, Project Test estimation, Resource estimation and allocation, Test Strategy/Plan, Highlighting Risk/Mitigation, Assumptions, Timely completion of Test Execution and Deliverables, Daily Status, Triage call, Test completion report, team management are  some of them. 

• Good knowledge of card domain from Issuer bank perspective, strong Team Management, coordination and planning capability with forward thinking, committed test manager with a proven ability to meet agreed deadlines and delivery with quality  using waterfall, Agile methodology, scrum framework, MVP and MMP model.

• Strong analytical skills. Excellent leadership, communication and people management skills. Has a positive approach in problem solving and taking challenges.
