    Position Overview:

    Join our dynamic team as an Outside Sales Engineer, where you'll play a pivotal role in supporting both existing and new clients. You'll be responsible for guiding customers through product selection, providing logistical and engineering support, and nurturing qualified leads. We're seeking a driven individual with exceptional communication skills, a results-oriented mindset, and a passion for technology.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute territory plans to drive overall sales growth.
    • Conduct face-to-face sales calls with customers and coordinate joint visits with factory personnel.
    • Utilize our sales automation software to streamline processes and maximize efficiency.
    • Travel to manufacturing locations and attend trade shows as necessary to stay connected with industry trends and developments.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
    • Minimum of 4-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the components industry.
    • Strong sense of urgency and results-oriented mindset.
    • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
    • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
